Evergreen State Fair - August 2006

Devon totally freaking out when the Ferris wheel started creaking and rocking back and forth. To his credit, the wheel was loaded about half way, and even then the operator kicked one couple off because the wheel couldnt handle it. It was making one of the tires smoke. Good times. :)
